We provide open-account billing to United States federal, state, county and municipal agencies in good standing. When ordering, please provide a purchase order number (PO) or voucher with your order. Terms of payment are 30 days net from the invoice date. Invoices paid 5 days late will begin incurring a 1.5% percent interest charge. Other customers may either apply for open billing by contacting us at 1-800-255-6499 or pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or check prior to shipping. All orders must include shipping and handling charges. If your order is subject to sales tax, it will be applied to your final order cost. We are required to charge sales tax in Kansas, Missouri, California, Colorado, Washington and West Virginia unless we receive a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.

Please note the minimum order is $50 and the minimum international order is $300.
Orders are shipped primarily via FedEx from our warehouse in Lenexa, Kansas, USA.
Shipping charges are based upon order total. Large orders, over-sized item orders and international orders may incur an additional handling/processing charge. Please call for a shipping estimate.

For very large orders, we may increase shipping charges to cover costs. All shipping costs apply to the 48 contiguous United States only. For all others, please call for shipping charges.
Most stock shipments are made within 24-48 hours.
Custom items normally take between 2-4 weeks.
Your freight charges will be higher on rush orders — but we will be glad to ship UPS next day, UPS second day, Federal Express, Express Mail and so forth. All you have to do is ask.
Hazardous shipments are made in compliance with the Hazardous Materials
Regulations set in Title 49 or the US Code of Federal Regulations (49CFR)
and/or the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Products in our catalog are identified as hazardous goods with this symbol.

Our guarantee is simple — if you don’t like it, you don’t pay for it. If within 30 days you decide that an item doesn’t work for you, call us to arrange a pick up and you won’t pay.
Some items will incur a 20-50% restocking fee. PPE items are non-refundable.

Certain products cannot be exported from the United States without specific approval from the United States Department of Commerce (Part 750, US Export Administration Regulations). Unless prior arrangements have been made, it is the shipper’s responsibility to obtain the Export License. We will apply for a license once all necessary information (including full name, address, telephone number and contact person of all parties involved) is provided. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any exporter who has not shown compliance with applicable export regulations.
Orders outside the United States require prepayment in US Dollars. All banking charges, documentation, legalization and/or authentication charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
Diversion contrary to US law is prohibited.
